Ravalet 21 is a detached house located in the old quarter of Polop, specifically close to the town's castle.

This eighteenth-century building has 3 floors, including two individual fully equipped houses: one (located on the first floor) for 4, and the other (on the second floor) for 5-6.

The house has a total of 6 rooms:
• 2 on the first floor,
• 3 on the second floor and
• 1 fully separate with bathroom on the ground floor, which can be used either as an extra room or a separate rental option.

All rooms have air conditioning, heating, TV and all necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. The whole house faces onto the street, and some rooms have even balconies.

Finally, the house has a lift for easy access to people with physical disabilities. This leads to the terrace where you can enjoy panoramic views of the mountains (Ponoig, Puig Campana, Bernia etc.) and the sea (Calpe, Altea, Nucia, etc.).
It also has a convenient garage for a car.

Location:

Polop de la Marina is a village of 3,636 inhabitants (Alicante) belonging to Valencia, and occupies the central area of ​​the Marina Baja.
Its origins date back to the Iberian culture, as evidenced by the remains found in its territory. Throughout its history, Polop had a featured strategic position as a military enclave, thanks to the castle crowning the hill.

It should be noted its privileged location, including its microclimate (mild climate both in winter and summer, with an average annual temperature of 17º C), and its natural beauty. It is a town with the typical charm of a rural village and houses from the top of the castle down.

The surrounding resort area in Polop include unique beautiful places like Benidorm, Altea, Calpe and inland areas, Castell de Guadalest, Callosa d'Ensarria, Alcoy etc. Visiting museums like Chocolate Museum in Villajoyosa, Wire in Polop, miniatures and cribs, among others, in Guadalest, or the City of the Arts in Valencia are highly recommended.

Landscapes, such as Las Fuentes del Algar, Guadalest and Polop itself call visitors' attention.

Another option is to enjoy a day at the beach (5 minutes from the house), or climbing up the famous mountain León Dormido in Polop Ponoig.
