Following the Cantabrian motorway (A-8, E-70), take Exit 244, called Mazcuerras, Cabezón de la Sal, Casar de Períedo. Reach a roundabout, and take the detour towards Mazcuerras, Cabezón de la Sal. Follows a large sign indicating that a left turn leads to Herrera de Ibio. Just past the petrol station, turn left and cross the Saja River. Past Villanueva, Mazcuerras direction, again turn left to find the signpost to Herrera de Ibio. After about two kilometres, in a way through meadows, you get to the bowling alley that stands at the entrance of the village. Once there, take the left detour, and you will reach the church square. There, in the alley called Callejón del Cura, are Casas del Jiguero.
