The holiday cottage is located in the centre of a 22,000 metre country estate devoted mainly to olive cultivation. There are other varieties of trees such as almond, carob, fig, lemon, persimmon, pomegranate, laurel, false pepper, lime, an impressive tree of love and a beautiful palm tree, and there are herbs such as Maria Luisa, sage, which delights those who like consuming products freshly picked from trees. Next to the house, in the summer, you can enjoy the excellent shadow provided by some pine trees. The terrace of the house is an old threshing area in an excellent condition, next is the "Viver" (Valencian word that means tank to keep the water) that names the estate.
