Cortijo el Plantío de Domingo is a 5-holiday-cottage green resort in Castril, Altiplano de Granada, a beautiful place just 200 metres from the Sierra de Castril Natural Park and along the river. Just above the recreation area and swimming pool, in the countryside, but only 500 metres from the village.

We have 5 self-catering cottages sleeping up to 30, fully equipped with bathroom, living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, free wifi, etc. Furthermore, one has whirlpool tub. We also have a double room equipped for a comfortable stay.

We provide documentation for marked trails and sightseeing in the area. For visits to museums and monuments, a 50% discount voucher.

Enjoy Sierra de Castril, one of the natural wonders in the Altiplano de Granada (Granada High Plateau), the source of the river, or the impressive gateway that runs along the river Castril, forming one of the most impressive images in the Altiplano. Pasarela del Río Castril is a route anyone who comes to our region should not miss.

Also enjoy Castril village, one of the most charming towns in Granada and José Saramago Foundation venue. Or visit two of the 7 Wonders in Granada, Colegiata de Santa María la Mayor in Huéscar or the Archaeological Site in Castellón Alto, both 20 minutes away.

You can make different hiking trails (both guided and marked), and sports such as canoeing, climbing, cycling, horse riding ..

We can provide documentation on cultural tours and guided trails throughout the area, as well as maps. We have a guide for groups on request.
