Casa Rural Los Percheles is a charming holiday cottage located 500 metres from Percheles Beach, one of the few unspoiled beaches left on the Mediterranean coast.

In 2007, this farm house was restored by keeping its original distribution, including spacious rooms and communal spaces, while offering all modern amenities.

It has 5 large bedrooms. Three of them have two double beds (which make a 2.10m bed), plus 2 1.50m beds. Also it has 2 large bathrooms, one with bath. A large fully furnished kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, toaster and a table where you can enjoy group meals.

In addition to a lounge with a fireplace, a 100m2 semi-covered courtyard and a 150m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Both are equipped with hammocks and chairs for groups.

The house has bedding, duvets, blankets, etc for a nice stay.

Not to mention its location, which allows you to enjoy a good temperature all day in winter and summer and makes it a "green" house.
