Serra de Cap de Costa is a house dating back to 13th century, when the Templars owned the town of Puig-Reig.

It is a beautiful stone house with arches and vaulted ceilings restored in 2009.

It has two separate floors, although access is common.

The ground 70-m2 floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, TV and DVD, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and heating.

The first 98-m2 floor has a living room with TV and DVD, large kitchen-dinning room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and heating.

It also features a farm, orchard, patio, barbecue, table tennis, pool and garden area.
