Refurbished semi-detached holiday cottage atop a hill with superb views.

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms - 2 double and 1 double -, and 2 bathrooms.

On the top floor, with a splendid view, is the large 40m2 living room-kitchen. The kitchen is separated from the lounge by a stone bar with several stools. It is fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge. It also has a large terrace.
The living room has TV and DVD, and a reading corner and a large fireplace.

Environment & Activities Las Heras

Location:

The town was chosen by the Templars to develop the collection of plants for use as dyes in the fifteenth century. It offers several hiking trails, which extend through the vast mountains that surround the house. There is also the possibility of biking, and the brave will find extreme trails that surely fill their thirst for adventure.

It is 20 minutes away from Alcorlo Reservoir and 10 minutes from the Bornova River. The village has facilities featuring a pelota court. We recommend visiting nearby villages to see landmarks like the Castillo de Atienza.

Located in the north of Guadalajara, it offers the chance to go to Soria as it is only 25km from the province of Soria.

You can do quad biking routes in the vicinity of the house, collecting wild mushrooms in season, or fishing in the swamp.

Activities Summary:
Hiking Board games Bird watching
Fishing Mountaineering
