El Solei is a beautiful ground floor house located in Puig-Surís, in a quiet, safe and sunny neighbourhood with breathtaking mountain views. Situated only 2 km. from Banyoles lake, 15 km. from Natural Park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone, 35 km. from the magnificent Costa Brava beaches, 25 km. from the Girona International Airport and 115 km. from Barcelona city.

The house has got a capacity from 6 up to 12 people. It's a spacious house with four bedrooms (one is adapted for handicapped people), three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster...), a large living room - dining room with TV, TV satellite, DVD, radio-CD, air conditioning, fireplace, internet access,...

Outside there is a big garden of 1.000m2 with swings and a slide for children, a tennis table, a climbing wall for children, a basketball hoop, a little house for children, garden furniture, a garage for your cars, a large wooden covered porch with barbecue which is ideal for eating outside all year round, an enormous private swimming-pool of 10x5m with saline treatment.

The ideal situation of the house allows you to do a variety of routes to the entire lake and its natural sites of interest declared. Or if you prefer, you can do different excursions in the province of Girona since the house is located in the heart of the surrounding region.

Hello! We are Xargay's family. Welcome to El Solei.
In 2010 we decided to convert it as a holiday rental villa.

Pere is a builder and he's a passionat man with his job. He rehabilitated and restored the house with all the details. He's the father of the family.

Dolors is a kind and tireless worker. She's learning French and English. She is the mother of the family but she's also the pillar of the house.

Raquel, with a chemical profession, is working behind the computer and she manages your booking but she also likes welcome you to the house and she explains to you all the activities that you can do in the area.

Sílvia is biologist, cheerful and hardworking. She's the middle sister.

Sandra is a great professional in the world of physiotherapy and aesthetics. She loves the relaxation and wellness. She has got her own center 2 km. from the house. She will take care of you.

Finally, El Solei is especially dedicated to the family tourism. The house is rented exclusively. The children will have fun. Here you will find peace, calm and relaxation. Also, you will be able to enjoy the environment and the contact with nature.
