El Cuco del Tiétar is located at the foot of the mountain, north of the town of Piedralaves, in the province of Ávila. It is a new building of brick and stone on a 6000 yd² country estate surrounded by pines and oaks.

The house consists of the following rooms:

• 4 large bedrooms, all with bathroom and TV, two of them have a terrace with excellent views overlooking the valley.
• Spacious living room with fireplace and TV with DVD.
• Library and board games.

El Cuco del Tiétar is B & B and self-catering.

Location:

It is 400 metres from the town, in the countryside and surrounded by tall pine trees, near a small river and the so-called \\\"La Nieta\\\", which is nothing but a natural pool in the bed of the river. Catering service.

Attractions:

• 6 km away is Adrada, with a medieval castle showing a museum-exhibition.
• Yuste Monastery is 70 km, and La Olla 60.
• You can also visit San Pedro de Alcantara Sanctuary, Cuevas del Águila in Romacastañas, Castro Celta (Celtic fortress) in El Raso.
• Not forgetting Piedralaves village with its beautiful cobbled streets, traditional stone houses with wooden balconies, 18th century church and places that are worth visiting.
