Newly built holiday cottage. It has been sought in space, comfort, welfare... preserving all the features of local architecture - beamed ceilings, wrought iron, granite stone from Villacastín quarry, etc. - as far as possible.

The house is a two-storey. The large hall accesses all rooms in the house: living room, kitchen with pantry, bathroom and a double bedroom with wheelchair friendly bathroom.
Separating the dining area from the kitchen, the staircase leads to the second floor, where there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one has a bath, and the other shower. There is also a reading area with balcony that have sweeping views of the surroundings.
The house is accessed through a courtyard, or gate from the street. In the back there is a garden with summer terrace, barbecue and car porch or picnic.

Location:

Ituero y Lama is located in the province of Segovia, which is 32 km, like Avila.
Madrid is less than 80 km, and Villacastín, the nearest town, just 3 km.

The town is small and calm - ideal for rest and relaxation. It has lots of meadows, groves, streams and a forest of oaks and chaparral where there are some ancient cliffs, ideal for hiking, cycling, short climbing.
The village has a pelota courte in the square, where you can play handball or racquetball.
The church belongs to the late Gothic, and features its altarpiece as well as the Baroque altarpiece of the chapel dedicated to the patron saint, Santa Barbara and the baptismal font.

In the nearby villages you can discover the church in Villacastín, one of the most representative of Gothic churches, called "La catedral de la Sierra". Also El Espinar where you can do numerous activities and attend interesting festivals throughout the year, Palacio de Riofrio , Fuentemilanos airfield where you can go gliding, Valdepraos, Monterrubio, Zarzuela del Monte, etc.
Do not forget that Ituero is midway between two world heritage cities, only 32 km from Segovia and Avila, less than an hour from Madrid and just over one from Salamanca and Valladolid. This makes Portalón a prime location for anyone who wants to enjoy art, history, culture, gastronomy.
