Aptos. en Casa Montañesa is a typical mountain building featuring large wooden balconies. It was fully refurbished in 2005.

On each floor, a full apartment, including 3 bedrooms (sleeping up to 6), living room, kitchen and bathroom has enabled. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator and utensils. Also includes bed linen and towels.

It is located in the centre of Puente Viesgo, next to City Hall, Church and Gran Hotel Spa. A few-kilometre green route passes right in front of the house. It was was built over the railroad tracks, ideal for long walks or bicycle.

Renten for weekends, weeks and fortnights. Ideal for guests at weddings, being next to the church and the Hotel, which hosts many of them.

The Cantabrian town of Puente Viesgo hardly needs an introduction. It is located on the A Road Burgos-Santander, just 28 km from Santander.

It is also very close to lots of beaches, the Cabárceno Natural Park, Santillana del Mar, Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, etc.

The Gran Hotel Spa Puente Viesgo is just 25 metres from the house. Well known for being used the team hotel by the Spanish football and handball selections. It is relevant for its thermal water treatments and Water Temple, a unique thermal circuit, including jets, jacuzzi, water beds, saunas, ice, etc.

The town has some prehistoric caves of great archaeological interest and value, which have recently been declared World Heritage by UNESCO.
