Abuela Benita is two detached holiday cottages linked together through a courtyard, located in the centre of Cebreros, and designed for quiet family gatherings. Built with quality materials, modern design and classic premium materials - slate, stone, wrought iron... The lighting and decor have been specially designed to add extra colour and comfort.

Each has a ground floor with:
• a large living room with fireplace, TV & DVD and stereo;
• an equipped kitchen with all elements (hob, extractor, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher) and dining area;
• plus a shower room and laundry room.

In the two upper floors are the following:
• outside bedrooms with two beds each and separate bathrooms.
There are two bedrooms on each floor.

Environment & Activities Abuela Benita

Location:

The holiday cottages are located in the town of Cebreros, a village southeast of Ávila, Castile and Leon, in the region of Valle del Bajo Alberche, which stands between Gredos and Guadarrama. It borders Hoyo de Pinares, San Bartolome de Pinares, Tiemblo, San Martin de Valdeiglesias and Robledo de Chavela. One of them is accessed through 3, Calle Adolfo Suarez, in the town square (opposite the City Hall), the other one through 29, Calle Los Ramos Street (parallel to the square).

Cebreros is proud to have one of the most beautiful environments in the area. From the highest areas you can observe a large vineyards region studded with olive trees, and large areas of pine forest surrounded by the Alberche and Cofio Rivers, and the Pizarra Creek. Its Mediterranean climate features cold winters and hot summers, little rain and strong northwest winds mainly. Villagers enjoy a rich and varied ecosystem - from wild boars to wildcats, including hares, squirrels, genets... from goldfinches to herons, including linnets, woodpeckers, jays, lizards...

From pines to junipers, including cypresses, "carronchas", eucalyptus, etc. Cebreros also features the quality of its wines, the fruit of vines that make up the landscape, popular for its Carnival and as the birthplace of Adolfo Suarez, a Spanish prime minister from 1976 to 1981.

Activities:

In the area there are companies offering a wide range of activities such as horse riding, 4x4 routes, quad bikes, bike routes, on foot or by car, canoe in the reservoir of El Burguillo and even paragliding. On the website you can subscribe to these activities and even groups can do several of them in one or several days. In Cebreros you can also go hunting and fishing. Moreover, in every holiday cottage there is a good selection of board games for all tastes and ages.
